  • Congratulations to Dave Nester on the Jury's Verdict in the case of Thomas v. Esta, tried in Jefferson County, Missouri the week of August 7, 2023.  The counsel for Plaintiff asked the Jury for $3,720,000.00 for the Plaintiff's traumatic brain injury.  The Defendant admitted negligence.  The Jury returned a verdict for the Defendant.

  • Congratulations to Steven J. McMahon for the defense verdict in the case of Seth M. Hovis v. Home Depot, USA, Inc.

  • Congratulations to Beth Boggs and Jim Garrison on the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment granted in Bear Holdings, LLC v. National Fire Suppression.

  • Beth Boggs will be receiving the 2024 Women's Justice Award on Thursday, May 16th.

    The Women’s Justice Awards recognize women across Missouri who have demonstrated leadership, integrity, service, sacrifice and accomplishment in improving the quality of justice and exemplifying the highest ideals of the legal profession. The awards reach out to women in various segments of the legal community, including the bar, the bench, public office, business, academia, nonprofits and the state at large
