Jeff has practiced law in the St. Louis area since 1983. He has argued cases in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Missouri Supreme Court and the appellate Courts of Missouri. Jeff has tried cases to verdict in the areas of medical malpractice, contract disputes, corporate/shareholder disputes, liens, eminent domain, property disputes, including boundary disputes and zoning. Jeff has also defended various insureds and handled matters pertaining to insurance coverage and disputes.
Jeff has presented papers and lectures over the years at the American Bar Association and local CLE programs covering trial practice, evidence and tort reform. He also was an adjunct professor at the law school at The Washington University in St. Louis (research and writing and pretrial practice).
