Mark A. Grilliot is a partner at Boggs, Avellino, Lach, & Boggs, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation. He graduated from Southwestern Law School, where he volunteered at the Small Claims Clinic and the Mass Incarceration Awareness Law Society. He received the CALI award for the highest grade in Sales and Witkin for one of the top grades in Constitutional Law II.

Before joining the firm, Mark gained valuable trial experience as an ABA Certified Law Clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, Central Trials 11 Division, where he conducted bench trials, argued motions, performed preliminary hearings, and drafted pleadings. As a Partner, Mark handles high-stakes litigation matters, representing insurance companies, transportation companies, and business entities in civil litigation. He also provides strategic counsel to employers on ADA compliance, risk management, contract negotiations, and corporate governance matters.

His extensive experience in trucking litigation includes defending carriers and drivers in catastrophic injury cases, managing complex multi-party disputes, and reviewing preventive safety protocols. In his ADA compliance practice, Mark helps businesses navigate accessibility requirements, implement compliance programs, and defend against accessibility claims.
